She brings a rare combination of financial acumen and operational depth that allows her to drive projects from initial underwriting through stabilization. Prior to co-founding the company, Xiao served as Director at ZD Jasper Realty, where she oversaw a portfolio exceeding one million square feet and sourced over $500 million in financing across site acquisitions, construction loans, and refinancing. Before that, she spent five years as a Senior Associate at F&T Group, supporting the Chief Investment Officer on a development and acquisitions portfolio in excess of $2 billion. Xiao holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Shack Institute of Real Estate.
